Qend\u00ebr e gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj veprimtarie organizative e politike vijoi t\u00eb ishte vilajeti i Kosov\u00ebs. U krijuan \u00e7etat kryengrit\u00ebse, n\u00eb Rrafshin e Dukagjinit. <strong>\u00c7do familje q\u00eb kishte tre djem duhet t\u00eb jepte nj\u00eb djal\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00eb, n\u00eb rast t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt duhet t\u00eb paguante 25-40 lira turke. <\/strong>Nd\u00ebr \u00e7etat e para ishin ato t\u00eb Zefit t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl, Bajram Daklanit, Mahmut Zajmit, Zog Avdylit, e tjer\u00eb. K\u00ebto \u00e7eta lidh\u00ebn marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebveprimi dhe i shpesht\u00ebsuan veprimet kund\u00ebr organeve t\u00eb pushtetit osman dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb huaja agjenturore. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb janarit t\u00eb vitit 1912, konsulli austro-hungarez n\u00eb Prizren Prochaska e informon Ministrin e Jasht\u00ebm n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb p\u00ebr gjendjen e siguris\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera shkruan: <strong>\u201cMuajt e fundit, numri i ka\u00e7ak\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb rajonet e Gjakov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs veprojn\u00eb nj\u00eb radh\u00eb bandash, t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebra prej katolik\u00ebsh dhe mysliman\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt q\u00ebllojn\u00eb trupat osmane dhe xhandar\u00ebt. Ata mbajn\u00eb q\u00ebndrim kund\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorimeve t\u00eb bejler\u00ebve dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb pasigurt\u00eb rrug\u00ebn <strong>Mitrovic\u00eb-Pej\u00eb dhe Pej\u00eb-Gjakov\u00eb<\/strong>. Frik\u00eb kan\u00eb ngjallur ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht disa cuba katolik\u00eb prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve <strong>Pjet\u00ebr \u00c7eli (Qerosi)<\/strong> dhe <strong>Zefi i Vog\u00ebl<\/strong> g\u00ebzojn\u00eb nam t\u00eb madh. Pas fillimit t\u00eb trazirave, Sulltani d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb trevat shqiptare Ministrin e Brendsh\u00ebm Haxhi Adil Beu, gjoja p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebragtitur reformat administrative, por n\u00eb fakt kishte si detyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i detyronte shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga kryengritja. Ai u prit me luft\u00eb nga \u00e7etat kryengrit\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pas q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Pej\u00eb, <strong>m\u00eb 7 mars, Haxhi Adil Beu, i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nga nj\u00eb ekskort\u00eb prej dy batalionesh k\u00ebmb\u00ebsorie, u nis p\u00ebr n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb<\/strong>. Gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, nd\u00ebrmjet fshatrave Strellc dhe Isniq, e sulmuan \u00e7etat shqiptare, me rreth 100 veta, n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e t\u00eb cilave kishte mysliman\u00eb dhe katolik\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga <strong>Mahmut Zajmi, Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Pjet\u00ebr \u00c7eli, Zef Gjidoda<\/strong>. N\u00eb luftimet e rrepta q\u00eb zgjat\u00ebn 3 or\u00eb, Ministri u detyrua t\u00eb ndalej n\u00eb Izniq, ku kaloi nat\u00ebn, duke pritur p\u00ebrforcime q\u00eb ta vazhdonte rrug\u00ebn. Me 8 mars, edhe n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb fshatit Skivjan, kryengrit\u00ebsit sulmuan Ministrin dhe ekskort\u00ebn q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebronte. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb bes\u00ebn e bajraktar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb Adil Beu arriti t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb. Edhe kur Adil Beu ishte n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, u sulmua nga shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb tri \u00e7eta, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga dy shqiptar\u00eb katolik\u00eb Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Pjet\u00ebr \u00c7eli dhe nj\u00eb mysliman, Mahmut Zajmi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00eb 21 prill 1912, krer\u00ebt e mal\u00ebsor\u00ebve t\u00eb Hasit, Rek\u00ebs e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs u mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb Kuvendin e Kat\u00ebr Bajrak\u00ebve<\/strong> dhe miratuan nj\u00eb dokument me dhjet\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat dhe kthimin e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb marra nga qeveria turke, sh\u00ebrbim ushtarak n\u00eb vend, hapje t\u00eb shkollave shqipe, njohje t\u00eb flamurit komb\u00ebtar, njohje e detyrueshme e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nga n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit, shpallje e amnistis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme, kompensim nga qeveria p\u00ebr d\u00ebmet e b\u00ebra etj. <strong>Si krer\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij tubimi dhe t\u00eb kryengritjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gazeta Liria e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebrmend Mahmud Zajmin, Bajram Daklanin, Zefin e Vog\u00ebl, Pjet\u00ebr \u00c7elin, Halil Mehmetin e Idriz Jah\u00ebn.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kajmekami i Gjakov\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar koh\u00eb, u premtoi atyre se brenda 15 dit\u00ebve do t\u00eb vinte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pozitive nga qendra e vilajetit p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkesat e tyre. Nd\u00ebrkaq, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs u d\u00ebrguan nga Korpusi i 7-t\u00eb i Shkupit dy batalione ushtar\u00ebsh. Me 1 maj 1912, mbaroi afati i ultimatumit t\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebsve dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7etat kryengrit\u00ebse t\u00eb Malsis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs zbrit\u00ebn nga malet dhe vun\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll rrug\u00ebn Gjakov\u00eb-Pej\u00eb dhe pren\u00eb linjat telefonike rreth Gjakov\u00ebs. Pastaj nisi sulmi mbi Gjakov\u00eb, me dat\u00ebn 11 maj dhe luftimet vazhduan deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 11 t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb nes\u00ebrme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Nga 2000 kryengrit\u00ebs 1000 ishin katolik\u00eb.\u00a0 N\u00eb ato forca, vend t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm kishin forcat e Zefit t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl. <\/strong>U zhvilluan luftime t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme q\u00eb zgjat\u00ebn tri dit\u00eb, por p\u00ebr munges\u00eb t\u00eb municioneve, kryengrit\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn. Sulmi mbi Gjakov\u00eb pati jehon\u00eb n\u00eb trevat e tjera dhe p\u00ebrshpejtoi p\u00ebrfshirjen e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e armatosur. N\u00eb thirrjen drejtuar popullit shqiptar, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit maj, nga Mal\u00ebsia e Gjakov\u00ebs shtrohej k\u00ebrkesa e bashkimit t\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebsve n\u00ebn drejtimin e nj\u00eb komiteti t\u00eb vet\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar. Thirrja ishte n\u00ebnshkruar nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e kryengritjes shqiptare, <strong>nd\u00ebr ta Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Pjet\u00ebr \u00c7eli etj<\/strong>. M\u00eb 22 maj 1912 gazeta \u201cLiri e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d botoi thirrjen e l\u00ebshuar nga Mal\u00ebsia e Gjakov\u00ebs prej disa udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb kryengritjes si Bajram Daklani, Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Hasan Ballanca, Sali Hidi, e tj. Ajo u drejtohej shoq\u00ebrive komb\u00ebtare dhe patriotike me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr tu bashkuar n\u00ebn drejtimin e nj\u00eb Komiteti Qendror jasht\u00eb vendit, por af\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebr organizimin e ndihmave p\u00ebr kryengritjen dhe t\u00eb propogand\u00ebs p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen komb\u00ebtare shqiptare, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb fitohej liria administrative e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Me 27 maj u mbajt Kuvendi i Junikut, ku mori pjes\u00eb dhe Zefi i Vog\u00ebl,\u00a0<\/strong>i cili u muar me organizimin e kryengritjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme antiosmane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Me 31 maj, rreth 2 000 veta, t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruara n\u00eb fshatin Strellc, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Isa Boletinit, t\u00eb Bajram Daklanit<\/strong>, t\u00eb Sadik Ram\u00ebs, t\u00eb Mahmut Zajmit, t\u00eb Zefit t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl etj., filluan sulmin mbi Pej\u00eb, ku asgj\u00ebsuan pozicionet ushtarake dhe postat e xhandarm\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb rrethinave t\u00eb saj. Luftimet ishin t\u00eb rrepta dhe zgjat\u00ebn disa dit\u00eb. Garnizoni i qytetit ishte n\u00eb prag t\u00eb kapitullimit, por n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb tij erdh\u00ebn forca t\u00eb reja ushtarake. Divizioni XIX i nizam\u00ebve, q\u00eb mb\u00ebrriti nga Mitrovica, pas p\u00ebrleshjes me forcat kryengrit\u00ebse n\u00eb fshatin Strellc (Klin\u00eb) arriti t\u00eb futet n\u00eb qytet. Pas shtat\u00eb dit\u00eb luftimesh u detyruan t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen. Gazeta \u201cVardar e radhit Zefin e Vog\u00ebl n\u00eb mes t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes antiosmane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00eb 11 gusht hyri atje grupi i par\u00eb i kryengrit\u00ebsve, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga 200 veta me Zefin e Vog\u00ebl dhe me Bajram Daklanin n\u00eb krye<\/strong>. Pas shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Zefi i Vog\u00ebl dhe \u00e7eta e tij luftuan me vendosm\u00ebri kund\u00ebr serb\u00ebve dhe malazez\u00ebve, q\u00eb u l\u00ebshuan mbi trollin e Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Rrafshit t\u00eb Dukagjinit, trojet e t\u00eb cilave u ishin dhuruar atyre nga Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha. Kur ushtrit\u00eb serbe m\u00ebsyn\u00eb Rrafshin e Dukagjinit, ndesh\u00ebn n\u00eb q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e forcave kryengrit\u00ebse t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequra nga Sadik Rama, Ram\u00eb Alia, Azem e Shote Galica, Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Abaz Ostrozubi dhe mjaft \u00e7eta t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb atyre trevave, t\u00eb cilat me luft\u00ebn e tyre heroike \u00e7liruan shum\u00eb fshatra midis Pej\u00ebs dhe Istogut. N\u00eb nj\u00eb dokument t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb austriake d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Ballkan ju k\u00ebrkohej atyre q\u00eb: \u201c duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin terrenin p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb luftimet e \u00e7etave shqiptare\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a> Qarqet serbe njoftonin se Austro Hungaria po punonte vazhdimisht me krer\u00ebt e l\u00ebvizjes shqiptare si Isa Boletin, Bajram Curri, Hasan Prishtina etj. p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur nj\u00eb front t\u00eb ri ndaj Serbis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur kryengritjen e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emri i Zefit t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl dhe \u00e7et\u00ebs s\u00eb tij u b\u00eb tmerr p\u00ebr ushtrit\u00eb serbe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha krahinat midis Gjakov\u00ebs e Prizrenit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt e fshatrave Bardosan e Kusar, Bishtazhin e Marmull, Resnj\u00eb, Doblibar\u00eb e Rek\u00eb e prit\u00ebn dhe e p\u00ebrcoll\u00ebn Zefin e Vog\u00ebl me \u00e7et\u00ebn e tij si djalin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kryengrit\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb vepronin n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, vepronin n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb programi ushtarak. K\u00ebto forca komandoheshin nga trima t\u00eb shquar si Bajram Curri, Azem Bejta, Elez Isufi, Sadik Rama, Zefi i Vog\u00ebl, Bajram Daklani, Beqir Vokshi, e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.\u00a0<\/strong>Fama e Zefit t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl u rrit pas luftimeve kund\u00ebr forcave serbe n\u00eb rajonin midis Gjakov\u00ebs dhe Prizrenit. Vritet n\u00eb vitin 1924, si rezultat i intrigave t\u00eb thurura kund\u00ebr tij. Vdiq pa l\u00ebn\u00eb trash\u00ebgimtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zefi i Vog\u00ebl konsiderohet si nj\u00eb nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e kryengritjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Emri i Zef Kol\u00eb Ndok\u00ebs si patriot p\u00ebrmendet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb nga Kryetari i Presidiumit t\u00eb Kuvendit Popullor,Ramiz Alia gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs q\u00eb b\u00ebri n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1982. Me dekretin Nr. 3608 t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 26 n\u00ebntor 1982, me rastin e shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Presidiumi i Kuvendit Popullor i dha urdh\u00ebrin \u201cP\u00ebr veprimtari patriotike t\u00eb klasit III\u201d. Me dekretin Nr.7433, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 7 maj 2012, Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e ka dekoruar Zef Kol\u00eb Ndok\u00ebn (Zefin e Vog\u00ebl) me dekorat\u00ebn e lart\u00eb \u201cMedalja e Art\u00eb e Shqiponj\u00ebs\u201d me k\u00ebt\u00eb motivacion: \u201cVeprimtarit t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare, luft\u00ebtarit trim e atdhetar q\u00eb ia kushtoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi, ruajtjes s\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb trojeve dhe krijimit t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>[<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga\u00a0: Nikoll\u00eb Loka, botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn Mirdita nr. 22.
