Porta e Lart\u00eb shpresonte q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ti angazhoj\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr saj. Sipas gazet\u00ebs s\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohur kroate <strong>\u201cObzor\u201d,<\/strong> porta q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1912, <strong>filloi q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve musliman\u00eb t\u2019ua kthej\u00eb arm\u00ebt me shpres\u00eb se ata do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr Italis\u00eb.<\/strong> Por kjo p\u00ebrpjekje nuk pati sukses, <strong>sepse pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia ndaj pushtetit turk q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti p\u00ebrfshiu popullsin\u00eb e Vilajetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs<\/strong>. Nd\u00ebrsa turqit i kishte kapluar nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Element\u00ebt opozitare turke kishin themeluar Partin\u00eb e tyre <strong>\u201cHyrje ve Itilaf<\/strong>\u201d (Liri dhe marr\u00ebveshje). <strong>Kjo parti gradualisht e shtoi ndikimin e saj n\u00eb Parlament dhe arriti q\u00eb ti detyroj\u00eb turqit e rinj q\u00eb ta shpr\u00ebndanin Parlamentin me 18 janar t\u00eb vitit 1912.<\/strong> Deputet\u00ebt shqipat\u00eb duke par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, k\u00ebrkuan nga qeveria q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb gjendjen e shqiptar\u00ebve por pushteti turk si her\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe nuk ua vuri veshin k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. Prandaj ata duke par\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb filluan t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme. <strong>Ismail Qemaili u ngarkua q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar t\u00eb holla dhe arm\u00eb nga qeverit\u00eb q\u00eb ushqenin simpati p\u00ebr L\u00ebvizj\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare shqiptare<\/strong>. Kryengritja e vitit 1911, e <strong>Malsis\u00eb s\u00ebMadhe dhe n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb ishin nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb rilindj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare.<\/strong> Ajo qe prologu i vazhdimit t\u00eb kryengritj\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1912. Lidhur me kryengritj\u00ebn e vitit 1912, dhe kontributin e merditor\u00ebve, n\u00eb shtypin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb gjejm\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb kontribojn\u00eb n\u00eb ndriqimin e k\u00ebsaj kryengritje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sipas gazet\u00ebs \u201cObzor\u201d <strong>malsor\u00ebt me 16 shkurt t\u00eb vitit 1912, sulmuan ushtrin\u00eb turke n\u00eb vendin e quajtur \u201cTri Tabela\u201d<\/strong>, dhe vran\u00eb 400 ushtar\u00eb turq. Pas k\u00ebsaj ngjarje n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr u shpall gjendja e jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Ky konflikt te qeveria turke shkaktoi shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh. <strong>Sipas Obzor, qeveria turke d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb Vilajetin e Kosov\u00ebs ministrin e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb brendshme i cili q\u00ebndroi disa dit\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb<\/strong>, ku zhvilloi bisedimet me disa udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta prap\u00eb mos t\u00eb ngrit\u00ebn n\u00eb kryengritje duke iu premtuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kon\u00e7esione e privilegje. Pas Prishtin\u00ebs ai shkoi n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Mir\u00ebpo sa afrohej pranvera e vitit 1912, aksionet e armatosura t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve b\u00ebheshin m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta, <strong>nd\u00ebrsa numri i luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve nd\u00ebr dita-dit\u00ebs shtohej.<\/strong> Gati nuk kalonte dita pa ndodhur ndonj\u00eb konflikt i armatosur midis ushtris\u00eb dhe \u00e7etave t\u00eb armatosura shqiptare. K\u00ebshtu kryengritja filloi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb prillit dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb majit t\u00eb vitit 1912, dhe p\u00ebrfshiu gjith\u00eb Vilajetin e Kosov\u00ebs. <strong>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cNovosti\u201d shkruante<\/strong>: <strong><em>Kryengritja e vitit 1912, \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdimi i kryengritj\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1911. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb kryengritjes q\u00ebndronin Ali Zeqir Binaku, Abdyl Qerim Binaku, djemt\u00eb e Shaban Binakut, Bajram Doklani, Mehmet Zajmi, e disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb krishter\u00eb e musliman\u00eb nga rrethinat e Gjakov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs. Sipas k\u00ebsaj gazete k\u00ebtyre udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve iu kishin bashkangjitur njer\u00ebzit e fiseve t\u00eb Nikajve, Gashit, Rugov\u00ebs, Berish\u00ebs, Rek\u00ebs, t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Pej\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb armatosur me arm\u00eb t\u00eb sjellura nga Mali i Zi. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr sipas \u201cObzor\u201d rreth Basri Beut <\/em><\/strong>ish deputetit popullor nga Dibra i cili para tri jav\u00ebsh ishte arratis n\u00eb mal iu bashkangjit\u00ebn disa qindra kryengrit\u00ebs shqiptar\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo fillimi i k\u00ebsaj kryengritje nuk ishte aq e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjendj\u00ebs humanitare n\u00eb teritoret shqiptare, mungesa e armatimit. <strong>Sipas Novostit, aktivisti nga Shkodra, Simon Doda<\/strong>, u angazhua q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Itali p\u00ebr t\u00eb grumbulluar para dhe arm\u00eb nga qeveria italiane dhe m\u00eb pas ato t\u2019jua shp\u00ebrndante kryengrit\u00ebsve <strong>n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi dhe Mirdit\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Beteja n\u00eb Preka dhe Bersuma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Pas armatimit kryengrit\u00ebsit filluan t\u2019ua z\u00ebn\u00eb prit\u00ebn turqve. <strong>Kryengrit\u00ebsit malsor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga 150 mirditas dhe 80 mal\u00ebsor sipas shtypit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, n\u00eb vendin e quajtur Preka dhe Bresuma, n\u00eb brigjet e lumit Mat,<\/strong> forcave turke t\u00eb ardhura nga Kruja dhe Lezha me 21 qershor 1912<strong>, pas nj\u00eb lufte turqit u detyruan t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen duke p\u00ebsuar humbje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb 100 ushtar\u00eb, 1 komandant dhe 2 oficer\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. <\/strong>Kryengrit\u00ebsit arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb kapin <strong>8 mitroloz\u00eb, 45 kuaj t\u00eb ngarkuar me municione t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i d\u00ebrguan si trofe n\u00eb fshatin Nd\u00ebrfush\u00eb n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, n\u00eb lugin\u00ebn e Fanit t\u00eb Posht\u00ebm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurse malsor\u00ebt humb\u00ebn 35 burra dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i t\u00eb plagosurve dhe <strong>Ded\u00eb \u00c7oku i Kelmendit<\/strong> i cili ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtij aksioni. <strong>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj mirditasit kan\u00eb strehuar edhe shum\u00eb refugjat\u00eb nga viset tjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/strong> Kjo m\u00eb s\u00eb miri shihet n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 1912, kur 20 t\u00eb rinj\u00eb musliman dhe katolik\u00eb arrit\u00ebn t\u00eb ikin dhe t\u00eb strehohen n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kryengritja e Malsis\u00eb dhe Mirdita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sipas shtypit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb kryengritja vazhdonte. <strong>Me 20 korrik nj\u00eb force mirditase sulmoi nj\u00eb post\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl turke n\u00eb Sh\u00ebngjin, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb ardhjes s\u00eb armatimit nga Austria dhe Italia dhe arrit\u00ebn ti nd\u00ebrprejn\u00eb komunikimet telegrafike mes Shkodr\u00ebs dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Jugore<\/strong>. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit gusht kryengritja shqiptare e vitit 1912 mori hov t\u00eb madh. Sipas shtypit, \u00a0t\u00eb konsultuar kryengrit\u00ebsit shqiptar t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahur nga mirditasit <strong>sulmuan qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Mazhar Toptanit, dhe Nue Gjonit t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs.<\/strong> Pas shum\u00eb luftimesh nuk arrit\u00ebn ta shtien n\u00eb dor\u00eb <strong>Durr\u00ebsin,<\/strong> pasi turqve u erdhi nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb nga Tirana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00eb tutje shtypi kroat p\u00ebrmes gazet\u00ebs \u201cObzor<strong>\u201d na sjell nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga kryetari i Mirdit\u00ebs, Preng Bib\u00eb Doda <\/strong>gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr tjera thot\u00eb: <strong><em>\u201cSe n\u00eb kryengritj\u00ebn e vitit 1912, jan\u00eb armatosur 15 mij\u00eb mirditor\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt b\u00ebjn\u00eb luftime t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprera me forcat turke dhe Perandoria Osmane duhet t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrohet. Perandoria Osmane kishte pergatitur batalione nga Tirana, Durr\u00ebsi dhe Manastiri, p\u00ebr ti d\u00ebrguar n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr malsor\u00ebve katolik\u00eb. Mirditasit t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Ndue Gjoni dhe nipat e tij Dod\u00eb dhe Prenk Lesh Gjoni, me 20 shtator 1912, n\u00eb vendin e quajtur Bregu Mates<\/em><\/strong>, i zun\u00eb prit\u00ebn k\u00ebtyre batalioneve dhe p\u00ebr disa or\u00eb nd\u00ebrpren\u00eb rrug\u00ebn, por pas p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb arltileris\u00eb kalimi i k\u00ebtij lumi u b\u00eb i mundur, <strong>ku t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt p\u00ebsuan humbje dhe kryengrit\u00ebsit (500 mirditor\u00eb), u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn<\/strong>. Turqit pas k\u00ebsaj Kish\u00ebn e Breg Matit, dhe sht\u00ebpit\u00eb i pla\u00e7kit\u00ebn dhe i dogj\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Takimi i Rubikut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebna interesante gjejm\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr takimin e <strong>Rubikut i mbajtu me 1500 <em>Luft\u00ebtar\u00eb Mirditas duke sulmuar nj\u00eb fortese turke<\/em> tetor 1912<\/strong>. Sipas gazet\u00ebs \u201c<strong>Slobodna Rije\u00e7<\/strong>\u201d, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb <strong>Dom Gjon Dedaj, prift i Blajit<\/strong>, <strong>Gjin Pjetri &#8211; nga Skuraj<\/strong>, <strong>Prenk Bardhi &#8211; Kryepeshkop i Durr\u00ebsit<\/strong>. Ky takim i ftoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt katolik\u00eb dhe musliman\u00eb pa dallim feje t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb mbrojtj\u00ebn e atdheut nga armiq\u00ebt e p\u00ebrbetuar. <strong>K\u00ebto ngjarje ndikuan n\u00eb drejtimin drejt shpalljes s\u00eb pavarsis\u00eb me 28 n\u00ebntor 1912,<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr.
