Kisha kishte nj\u00eb institucion q\u00ebndror q\u00eb ishte Papati n\u00eb Rom\u00eb prej nga vareshin dhe Kishat q\u00eb ishin n\u00ebn juridiksionin e saj, dhe k\u00ebtu b\u00ebnin pjes\u00eb dhe Kishat q\u00eb kishte krahina jon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Me pushtimin e Ballkanit nga perandoria osmane, pushtuesi n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende solli dhe fen\u00eb e re me vete. <strong>N\u00eb vitin 1463, fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt kishin siguruar nga Mehmeti II nj\u00eb dekret q\u00eb u siguronte atyre q\u00eb t\u00eb ushtronin funksionin e tyre fetar n\u00eb viset e pushtuara. Papa Gregori XIII (1572- 1585)<\/strong> themeloi n\u00eb Rom\u00eb kolegjin e Sh\u00ebn Athanasit dhe u drejtohej t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb d\u00ebshironin t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin prift\u00ebrinj apo m\u00ebsues n\u00eb Ballkan. Dominikan\u00ebt dhe fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebt ishin ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht aktiv\u00eb, duke u nisur nga portet dhe ishujt ende t\u00eb pushtuara nga Venediku dhe Gjenova, dhe k\u00ebta prift\u00ebrinj italian\u00eb, kroat\u00eb, raguzan\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7uesit e ideve kishtare per\u00ebndimore midis ballkanit dhe per\u00ebndimit europian.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0Abacia e Oroshit dhe abat\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Abacia e Nullius n\u00eb Orosh si Abaci q\u00eb varej direkt nga Selia e Shenjt\u00eb, <strong>u krijua me 25 tetor 1888 nga Papa Leoni XIII. Territori i Abacis\u00eb Nullius p\u00ebrfshin gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb malore t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb trajt\u00eb krejt t\u00eb vet\u00ebn.<\/strong> Banor\u00ebt vendas ishin dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb katolik\u00eb, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rrall\u00eb. Selia e Oroshit, e izoluar n\u00eb ato male, \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb thuhet, e barazlarguar jo pak, nga fshatrat m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrm, ka af\u00ebr me pamje nga kisha, vet\u00ebm varrezat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sado e pasigurt\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb historia e Abacis\u00eb s\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e konstatuar se, <strong>n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Turqis\u00eb Abat\u00ebt nuk ishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se prift\u00ebrinj fshati, n\u00ebn t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ishin bashk\u00ebsit\u00eb e Oroshit dhe Spa\u00e7it<\/strong>.T\u00eb ardhurat i siguronin nga tokat e pakta q\u00eb i kishin mbetur Abacis\u00eb dhe nga dhurimet e Propaganda Fides e cila dhe em\u00ebronte Abat\u00ebt. Si\u00e7 duket nuk kan\u00eb luajtur ndonj\u00eb ndikim t\u00eb madh mbi udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit laik\u00eb t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs dhe mbi anetar\u00ebt e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb famullitare.
