Dy shtete, dy qeveri dhe dy histori t\u00eb kryeministrave. E gjith\u00eb historia e kombit shqiptar i ngjan dy kokave t\u00eb shqiponj\u00ebs t\u00eb stampuar n\u00eb flamur. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb 108 vite t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb 33 kryeministra, n\u00eb historin\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb nga \u00e7lirimi m\u00eb 2 prill 1999 e deri m\u00eb sot, pra n\u00eb 21 vjet, jan\u00eb 9 kryeministra.<\/strong> Nj\u00eb histori q\u00eb pothuajse ngjan si pikat e ujit n\u00eb t\u00eb dy shtetet shqiptare. N\u00ebse hedhim nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim n\u00eb 21 vitet e para t\u00eb shtetit\u00a0 t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si jan\u00eb pothuajse i nj\u00ebjti num\u00ebr kryeministrash, e nj\u00ebjta m\u00ebnyr\u00eb largimi dhe e nj\u00ebjta m\u00ebnyr\u00eb em\u00ebrimi, rr\u00ebzimi dhe krizash politike.<\/strong> Nj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi q\u00eb nuk na \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb ne shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb shtetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb am\u00eb por edhe n\u00eb shtetin e ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Po cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb k\u00ebta kryeministra? Sa kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb detyr\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb mbahen mend?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Hashim Tha\u00e7i \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj Ismail Qemali n\u00eb historin\u00eb e kryeministrave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Tre her\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e shefit te qeveris\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi shifra por momenti kur ai ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e lart\u00eb. E deshi vet\u00ebm fati apo jo, ish-komandant\u00a0 i U\u00c7K-s\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb mburret se \u00ebsht\u00eb ai kryeministri i par\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn e \u00e7liruar n\u00eb vitin 1999. Tha\u00e7i spikati n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjen e Rambujes n\u00eb 1999 dhe si politikan \u00ebsht\u00eb zbulim i sekretares s\u00eb Shtetit t\u00eb asaj kohe. Madaleine Allbright. Fati e deshi edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur Hashim Tha\u00e7i ishte kryeminist\u00ebr edhe dit\u00ebn kur Kosova u shpall shtet i pavarur, m\u00eb 17 shkurt 2008. Tha\u00e7i ishte kryeminist\u00ebr edhe nga 17 shkurti 2008 deri n\u00eb 9 dhjetor 2014. Ishte firma e tij n\u00eb proklamat\u00ebn e atij k\u00ebtij q\u00eb tashm\u00eb i p\u00ebrket historis\u00eb. Se si u fut n\u00eb histori se si u b\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr dhe se si e arriti k\u00ebt\u00eb, kjo pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi do ket\u00eb pas shum\u00eb vitesh. Ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebr disa sot nuk ting\u00ebllon mir\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, por n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7in e ka thirrur historia. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00ebt t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb vler\u00ebsime p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ai p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, por faktet jan\u00eb fakte dhe askush nuk mund ti kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

    1. BAJRAM REXHEPI (4 mars 2002-3 dhjetor 2004)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Kryeministri i dyt\u00eb i shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ishte mjeku Bajram Rexhepi<\/strong>. Si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i Partis\u00eb Demokratike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ai q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e kryeministrit nga 4 marsi 2002 deri m\u00eb 3 dhjetor 2004. Ndon\u00ebse me nj\u00eb profil jo shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb politik, Rexhepi do mbahet mend si nj\u00eb politikan i matur dhe q\u00eb nuk shkaktoi tensione n\u00eb politik\u00eb. M\u00eb par\u00eb ai kishte qen\u00eb minist\u00ebr i Brendsh\u00ebm dhe kryetar i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs, qytetit ku ai kishte lindur. Bajram Rexhepi nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb m\u00eb 21 gusht 2017.<\/p>\n

      1. RAMUSH HARADINAJ (3 DHJETOR 2004-8 MARS 2005) (9 shtator 2017-3 shkurt 2020)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Dy her\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr i Kosov\u00ebs, Ramush Haradinaj do mbahet mend m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr tre proceset gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Hag\u00eb se sa p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb si shef i qeveris\u00eb.<\/strong> Nj\u00eb komandant legjend\u00eb i U\u00c7K dhe me disa d\u00ebshmor\u00eb n\u00eb familje, Haradinaj ka qen\u00eb dhe mbetet simboli i politikanit shqiptar q\u00eb luftoi me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs por q\u00eb u b\u00eb edhe kryeminist\u00ebr. Her\u00ebn e par\u00eb ai q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb detyr\u00eb 100 dit\u00eb si kryeminist\u00ebr. Her\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb q\u00ebndroi kryeminist\u00ebr nga 9 shtatori 2019 deri m\u00eb 3 shkurt 2020. Kur mendohej se nuk kishte probleme me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe proceset pasi mori pafaj\u00ebsin\u00eb, m\u00eb 5 janar 2017 ai u arrestua n\u00eb Franc\u00eb i k\u00ebrkuar nga drejt\u00ebsia serbe p\u00ebr krime gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1999 por fal\u00eb presionit t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar ai u lirua. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb dor\u00ebheqja e Haradinajt m\u00eb 3 shkurt 2020 lidhej me kund\u00ebrshtin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr taks\u00ebn ndaj mallrave serbe por edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ide t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb territoreve mes Serbis\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai akuzoi Hashim Tha\u00e7in dhe Edi Ram\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

        1. ADEM SALIHAJ (8 MARS 2005-25 MARS 2005)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          N\u00ebnshkrues i Proklamat\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, Adem Salihaj \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeministri m\u00eb jet\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7liruar. Me 20 dit\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb ai n\u00eb fakt ka qen\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr provizor pas largimit nga detyra t\u00eb Rramush Haradinajt. Salihaj njihet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si nj\u00eb gazetar me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn \u201cBota e re\u201d dhe Radio Televizionin e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

          1. BAJRAM KOSUMI (25 MARS 2005-10 MARS 2006)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Bajram Kosumi nuk arriti t\u00eb mbush\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht 1 vit ose 12 muaj n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e kryeministrit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ai e mori detyr\u00ebn m\u00eb 25 mars 2005 dhe e la at\u00eb n\u00eb 10 mars 2006. \u00cbsht\u00eb pasardh\u00ebs n\u00eb detyr\u00eb i Adem Salihajt. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues si Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs Bajram Kosumi ka qen\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs U\u00c7K por jo pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n

            1. AGIM \u00c7EKU (10 MARS 2006-9 JANAR 2008)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Ka shum\u00eb arsye q\u00eb Agim \u00c7ejku t\u00eb mburret n\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe karrier\u00ebn e vet dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Nj\u00eb gjeneral lufte n\u00eb Kroaci dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ai u b\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr m\u00eb 10 mars 2006. Q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr afro 2 vjet. P\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb ishte kryeminist\u00ebr ai ishte minist\u00ebr i forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. \u00c7eku ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kroacis\u00eb. Dhe n\u00eb vitin 1998-1999 ai drejtoi disa reparte t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr ushtris\u00eb serbe. Edhe Agim \u00c7eku nuk i shp\u00ebtoi strategjis\u00eb serbe p\u00ebr tu akuzuar p\u00ebr krime, gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs, madje n\u00eb vitin 2009 ai u arrestua n\u00eb Bullgari por k\u00ebto akuza asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb provuar.<\/p>\n

              1. ISA MUSTAFA (9 dhjetor 2014-9 shtator 2017)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Pasardh\u00ebsi i Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs Isa Mustafa asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk iu afrua stafit t\u00eb tij. Profesori i universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs ka q\u00ebndruar p\u00ebr rreth tre vjet kryeminist\u00ebr nga 9 dhjetori 2014 deri n\u00eb 9 shtator 2017. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb kryetar i partis\u00eb Lidhja Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb k\u00ebsaj detyr\u00eb u b\u00eb edhe kryeminist\u00ebr dhe president. Duhet theksuar se qeveria e tij ka qen\u00eb e dominuar nga nj\u00eb konfliktualitet dhe munges\u00eb produktiviteti.<\/p>\n

                1. ALBIN KURTI (3 shkurt 2020-3 qershor 2020)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Kosova as ka patur dhe as nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr idealist si Albin Kurti. Vet\u00ebm 4 muaj n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e shefit t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb Kurti as nuk shijoi karrigen e as nuk arriti t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb qoft\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl si kryeminist\u00ebr. Lideri i L\u00ebvizjes \u201cVet\u00ebvendosja\u201d dhe nj\u00eb politikan q\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb theu shum\u00eb tabu dhe rregulla t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, ai nuk arriti n\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gj\u00eb. D\u00ebshtoi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb vota n\u00eb parlament, por ndoshta p\u00ebr tu rikthyer nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb i fort\u00eb. T\u00eb shohim. Edhe Fan Noli ishte idealisti pandreqsh\u00ebm q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte t\u00eb b\u00ebnte Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por d\u00ebshtoi pas 6 muajsh iku nga syt\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt andej nga erdhi. Nuk e dim\u00eb se Kurti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Fan Nol i d\u00ebshtuar.<\/p>\n

                  1. AVDULLAH HOTI (4 qershor 2020 e n\u00eb vijim)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Sot Avdullah Hoti sot merr detyr\u00ebn si kryeministri i 9-t\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, i urojm\u00eb thjesht\u00eb suksese n\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. T\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e brisht\u00eb por q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn. Ne kete detyre Avdullah Hoti qendroi deri me 23-03-2021, kur u pasua n\u00eb kete deryre nga Albin Kurti. Albin Kurti erdhi per here te dyte ne kete post me date 23-03-2021, detyre te cilen e ushtron edhe sot.<\/strong><\/p>\n
