Profesori i gjuh\u00ebs anglese Jonuz Kola u thirr n\u00eb ato dit\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira e historike p\u00ebr kombin q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion ky\u00e7 n\u00eb pritjen e refugjat\u00ebve nga <strong>Dardania, p\u00ebr n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nga pozicioni i zyrtarit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr rrefugjat\u00eb pran\u00eb Prefektur\u00ebs Kuk\u00ebs<\/strong> q\u00eb ai m\u00eb von\u00eb do ta cil\u00ebsonte <strong>\u201cN\u00eb vendin e duhur, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn duhur\u201d<\/strong> Jonuz Kola ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb \u00e7muar n\u00eb amortizimin e asaj situat\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, nd\u00ebrsa kontributin shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madh e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dokumentimin e atyre vlerave t\u00eb pamata historike, <strong>q\u00eb brezat e m\u00ebvonshm\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb dokumenta t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm reference.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E m\u00eb e besueshmja mbi t\u00eb gjitha mbetet fotografia q\u00eb flet, por dhe e shkruara s\u00ebrish mbetet, <strong>sepse fjal\u00ebt si\u00e7 thot\u00eb nj\u00eb shprehje popullore, i merr era.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cDit\u00ebt Kuksiane t\u00eb Dram\u00ebs Kosovare. 27 mars-13 qershor 1999\u201d d\u00ebshmi historike me autor prof. N\u00eb morgun e e tij, <strong>dy veta ishin t\u00eb vdekur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs filloi t\u00eb qarkulloj\u00eb thirrja e <strong>Shtabit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/strong> U k\u00ebrkohej kosovar\u00ebve t\u00eb mos braktisnin Kosov\u00ebn e ti bashkohen U\u00c7K-s\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e saj \u00e7lirimtare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grupi i deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb PDSH-s\u00eb vizitoi Kuk\u00ebsin. <strong>N\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e lindjes lindi f\u00ebmija i par\u00eb kosovar. <\/strong>2000 kosovar\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar me dhum\u00eb prej trojeve t\u00eb tyre, u evakuan drejt Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>29 mars<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb gjendjen n\u00eb vend dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar masat e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar situat\u00ebn e krijuar, <strong>n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs erdhi Zv.Kryeministri Ilir Meta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs erdh\u00ebn <strong>16 automjete p\u00ebr t\u00eb evakuar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb refugjat\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr,<\/strong> gj\u00eb q\u00eb u refuzua prej tyre, duke k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb ishin sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr kufirit kur ta sillte rasti t\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, <strong>numri i t\u00eb ardhurve arriti n\u00eb 70,000 vet\u00eb<\/strong>. Prej tyre <strong>40 mij\u00eb <\/strong>jan\u00eb strehuar n\u00eb familjet kuksian\u00eb, <strong>10 mij\u00eb <\/strong>n\u00eb ambiente t\u00eb ndryshme publike t\u00eb qytetit, 6 mij\u00eb n\u00eb komunat Bicaj, Shtiq\u00ebn, T\u00ebrthore e Kolsh, <strong>12 mij\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Krum\u00ebs dhe 300 n\u00eb komun\u00ebn Golaj.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb evakuimit t\u00eb rrefugjat\u00ebve u vun\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion <strong>16 autobuz\u00eb, 109 kamione shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, 30 kamion\u00eb t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb e policis\u00eb, dhe 110 automjete t\u00eb vet\u00eb kosovar\u00ebve.<\/strong> N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs erdh\u00ebn gazetar\u00ebt e par\u00eb t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>27 mars<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ish presidenti i RSH dhe kryetari PD t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, <strong>z.
