Kontribues me nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare si kantautor, instrumentist, krijues dhe interpretues i vlerave burimore. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, na krijohet mund\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se thell\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs son\u00eb, jan\u00eb vlerat q\u00eb nuk i mbulojn\u00eb dot as zhurmat e s\u00eb sotmes dhe as kaosi njer\u00ebzor i k\u00ebsaj kohe.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duke vijuar m\u00eb tej, Dritan Haxhia tha se <strong><em>Im at Frrok Haxhia, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb gjth\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij u muar me folklorin dhe krijimtarin\u00eb popullore t\u00eb trev\u00ebs son\u00eb. U investua me mis dhe me shpirt p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngjitur n\u00eb skenat komb\u00ebtare artin dhe pasurin\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb trev\u00ebs q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasim. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe talentin e vet, u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e asaj plejade artist\u00ebsh t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb i dhan\u00eb pesh\u00eb dhe vler\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar poezis\u00eb popullore dhe artit folklorik shqiptar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim ai tha se <strong><em>vler\u00ebsimi prej Jush sot i Frrok Haxhis\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr artist\u00ebt e popullit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nderim institucional p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn popullore n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb na jepni mund\u00ebsi ne bij\u00ebve t\u00eb emigruar t\u00eb Atdheut, t\u00eb besojm\u00eb dhe shpresojm\u00eb se shoq\u00ebria dhe institucionet e shtetit ton\u00eb, nuk kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb pre e harres\u00ebs, por e mbajn\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar dhe \u00e7muar artist\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij populli.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceremonia zyrtare \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur me falenderimet e familjar\u00ebve Haxhia, <strong>nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb aktivitet vijues n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtim t\u00eb rapsodit Haxhia, miq t\u00eb shumt\u00eb t\u00eb Tij e familjes si Viktor Gjikolaj, Sk\u00ebnder Doda, Aleksand\u00ebr \u00c7ipa, Fran Laska, Benard Lekgegaj,<\/strong> etj rr\u00ebfyen kujtime t\u00eb shumta mbi figur\u00ebn <strong>emblematike t\u00eb Frrok Haxhis\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-FRROK HAXHIA, BIOGRAFI E SHKURT\u00cbR- <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Frrok Haxhia ka lindur n\u00eb fshatin Gjegjan &#8211; Mirdit\u00eb<\/strong> (pas \u00e7lirimit rrethi Puke) <strong>me 15 prill 1934<\/strong> n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb varf\u00ebr fshatare me tradit\u00eb atdhetare. <strong>Nderron jete me 28 prill 2013 ne Lezhe. <\/strong>U rrit mes bejtar\u00ebve dhe rapsod\u00ebv\u00eb t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs dhe mrekullohej prej tyre. Filloi ti binte me mjesht\u00ebri \u00e7iftelis\u00eb dhe sharkis\u00eb. Shum\u00eb shpejt, duke k\u00ebnduar k\u00ebng\u00ebt p\u00ebr kreshnik\u00ebt e luftrat dhe trim\u00ebrit\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb vitin <strong>1950 filloi t\u00eb shkruante dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebndont\u00eb vargjet e tija t\u00eb para. Ishin rapsodet e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs q\u00eb m\u00ebsuan dhe e edukuan me k\u00ebng\u00ebt e rapsodite burimore dhe interpretimin e tyre q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen Frrokut t\u00eb fitonte dhe trash\u00ebgonte m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e interpretimit, si te vajeve shqiptare t\u00eb trev\u00ebs veriore e m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/strong> Sot shum\u00eb krijime dhe vargje t\u00eb tij\u00eb i gjen t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapura q\u00eb nga Shkodra, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni e m\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb, deri atje ku jetojne dhe emigrant\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb. <strong>Frrok Haxhia, p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 45 vite ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb aktive n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb artit dhe folklorit n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti.<\/strong> Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj karriere ka q\u00ebn\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs i mrekulluesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb nga arsyet q\u00eb talentet e reja gjenin gjithnj\u00eb mbeshtetje tek ai ishte thjesht\u00ebsia, dashuria p\u00ebr njerzit dhe humori q\u00eb e karakterizonte. Shquhej p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsi improvizuese t\u00eb \u00e7astit dhe bejte. <strong>Ai ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha festivalet folklorike q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar &#8220;Laureat Festivali&#8221; \u00e7mimi m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i festivalit q\u00eb jepej aso kohe. An\u00ebtar i Lidhjes s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve deri ne fund te jetes se tij.<\/strong> \u00cbsht\u00eb vlersuar me \u00e7mime e medalje, vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb larta si artist nd\u00ebr vite si dhe urdhrin &#8220;Naim Frasheri&#8221;. Ka titullin e lart\u00eb &#8220;Artist i Merituar&#8221;. P\u00ebr merita t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shquar shoq\u00ebrore e artistike \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar &#8220;<strong>Qytetar Nderi&#8221; Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebz &amp; &#8220;Qytetar Nderi&#8221; Puk\u00eb si dhe &#8220;Krenaria Komun\u00ebs Gjegjan<\/strong>&#8221; v\u00ebndlindjes s\u00eb tij. Prej vitesh ishte antar nderi i &#8220;Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Emigrant\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb&#8221; n\u00eb Athin\u00eb. P\u00ebr Frrok Haxhin\u00eb kan\u00eb shkruar shume studiues e hulumtues n\u00eb botimet e<strong> Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave dhe Institutit t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs Popullore dhe ish &#8220;Shtepise Qendrore te Krijmtarise Popullore&#8221;<\/strong> ku jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe shum\u00eb nga krijime t\u00eb tij n\u00eb botime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta shkencore.<br \/>\nShum\u00eb nga krijimet e tija rapsodike dhe t\u00eb interpretuara prej tij jan\u00eb regjistruar nd\u00ebr vite nga <strong>Radio Tirana, Shkodra, Kor\u00e7a, Kuk\u00ebsi dhe Televizioni Shqiptar,<\/strong> ku disa prej tyre ruhen sot n\u00eb arkivat e tyre. Mbi 400 k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb ngritura e t\u00eb k\u00ebnduara nga rapsodi F.H kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e veta n\u00eb jet\u00ebn folkforike e artistike shqiptare ku disa prej tyre kane humbur dhe autorsine e<strong> tije duke u e em\u00ebrtuar si k\u00ebng\u00eb t\u00eb popullit.<\/strong> N\u00eb vitin 1995 Shoqata Kulturore &#8220;<strong>Ismail Qemali&#8221;
