{"id":16882,"date":"2023-01-30T19:19:47","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T19:19:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pirustinews.com\/?p=16882"},"modified":"2023-01-30T19:19:47","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T19:19:47","slug":"roli-i-redaksive-audiovizive-dhe-asaj-te-shkruar-ne-perdorimin-e-drejte-te-gjuhes-shqipe-dhe-pasurimin-e-saj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pirustinews.com\/?p=16882","title":{"rendered":"Roli i redaksive audiovizive dhe asaj t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe pasurimin e saj."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb procesin e monitorimit dhe shqyrtimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjeve t\u00eb transmetuara nga <strong>OSHMA-t\u00eb, Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive, AMA, i \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb respektimit t\u00eb standardit t\u00eb shqipes s\u00eb folur dhe t\u00eb shkruar nga redaksit\u00eb audiovizive. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mediet n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, por dhe ajo audiovizive n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, kan\u00eb rol t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm n\u00eb ruajtjen e vlerave t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, por dhe pasurimin e saj, duke shmangur ngarkesa t\u00eb panevojshme t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve dhe shprehjeve t\u00eb huaja. <strong>Nuk jan\u00eb korrekte sjelljet e disa drejtuesve t\u00eb programeve audiovizive, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt leht\u00ebsisht zev\u00ebnd\u00ebsojn\u00eb fjalorin shqip me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb huaja, si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar modernitet n\u00eb formulimet e pyetjeve<\/strong>, n\u00eb komentet apo nd\u00ebrhyrjet q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb gjat\u00eb transmetimit t\u00eb programeve. <strong>Efekti \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm te deformimi i shqipes por dhe te krijimi i situatave t\u00eb paqarta, t\u00eb pakuptueshme nga ndjek\u00ebsit. Kjo nuk ndikon mir\u00eb te t\u00eb ftuarit, q\u00eb nga ana e tyre ndjejn\u00eb liri p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e fjal\u00ebve dhe shprehjeve t\u00eb huaja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Po ashtu, Autoriteti ka hasur dhe tekste (informacione, tituj, titrat e p\u00ebrkthimeve etj.)<\/strong> t\u00eb cilat shkruhen me nxitim, duke mos respektuar as rregullat baz\u00eb t\u00eb standardit t\u00eb shqipes. <strong>Kjo bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me zbatimin e parimeve themelore dhe k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb ligjit 97\/2013, neni 4, \u201cParimet themelore p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e transmetimeve audiovizive\u201d, dhe t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Transmetimit t\u00eb AMA-s, seksioni 1, \u201cParimet themelore\u201d, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb detyrimin e OSHMA-ve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e standardit letrar t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AMA s\u00ebrish po p\u00ebrmend dukurit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta q\u00eb hasen n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjet e transmetuara audiovizive:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-gjuha e folur,<\/strong> n\u00eb lajme dhe programe informative, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb televizionet komb\u00ebtare, d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr rritje t\u00eb kujdesit ndaj drejtshqiptimit e komunikimit, <strong>por nuk respekton me p\u00ebrpikm\u00ebri parimet, normat e k\u00ebrkesat gjuh\u00ebsore;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-n\u00eb<\/strong> programet me natyr\u00eb arg\u00ebtuese jan\u00eb identifikuar dhe komunikime n\u00eb zhargon, t\u00eb moderator\u00ebve me t\u00eb ftuarit, si dialogje t\u00eb r\u00ebndomta q\u00eb hasen n\u00eb mjedise t\u00eb lirshme kafenesh apo mjedise t\u00eb tjera publike dhe private;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-v\u00ebrehet<\/strong> p\u00ebrdorimi i panevojsh\u00ebm, nga gazetar\u00ebt e moderator\u00ebt, i fjal\u00ebve, fjalive e nd\u00ebrtimeve sintaksore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>-n\u00eb televizionet informative<\/strong>, n\u00eb shkrimin e titrave, por dhe n\u00eb televizione komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb titrat e edicioneve informative, vijon t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdoret germa <strong>\u201c\u00cb\u201d, (e madhe) dhe \u201c\u00c7\u201d (e madhe).<\/strong> Kjo e fundit krijon dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi e keqkuptime te teleshikuesit.
