Po n\u00eb at\u00eb zyr\u00eb ishte instaluar nj\u00eb \u00e7entral i vog\u00ebl <strong>me t\u00eb cilin punonin Pjet\u00ebr Buba dhe Marie P\u00ebrbasha<\/strong>. Ambienti ishte krejt i pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb kabin\u00eb p\u00ebr telefonata t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, <strong>nd\u00ebrsa teknik\u00ebt q\u00ebndronin jasht\u00eb<\/strong>, ose n\u00eb koh\u00eb me shi e t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb ngjisheshin n\u00eb nj\u00eb koridor tejet t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, <strong>nd\u00ebrsa baz\u00ebn materiale si tela, izolator\u00eb etj e mbanin n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit<\/strong>. Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb kaq e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb zgjati jo pak, <strong>por af\u00ebrsisht 14 vite, deri n\u00eb vitin 1974<\/strong> kur u nd\u00ebrtua nd\u00ebrtesa tejet moderne p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn q\u00eb i <strong>dha nj\u00eb dimension tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebtij sh\u00ebrbimi, por edhe zhvillimit t\u00eb qytetit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Viti 1974, koha kur PTT, ridimensionon sh\u00ebrbimin me kushte t\u00eb reja q\u00eb u trash\u00ebguan deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt punonj\u00ebs n\u00eb PTT e saj kohe kujtojn\u00eb se zhvendosja nga nd\u00ebrtesa e demoluar totalisht p\u00ebr n\u00eb ambientet e reja n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit, <strong>ishte nj\u00eb revolucion i v\u00ebrt\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn.<\/strong> Mrik\u00eb Keli (P\u00ebrgega) kujton se kemi punuar me dit\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00eb pastrimin, larjen dhe arredimin e ambienteve q\u00eb p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ishin elitare. Nd\u00ebrtesa ishte tre kat\u00ebshe dhe sejcili sh\u00ebrbim kishte ambientin e dedikuar, nd\u00ebrsa edhe administrata tashm\u00eb me <strong>ingjinier\u00eb<\/strong>, <strong>teknik\u00eb, financues dhe drejtues kishin t\u00eb gjitha kushtet p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vit n\u00eb Rr\u00ebshen u vendos\u00ebn aparatura t\u00eb reja, centrali ishte bashk\u00ebkohor, <strong>nd\u00ebrsa u vendosen gjasht\u00eb gabina ku mund t\u00eb flisnin gjasht\u00eb qytetar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb me rrethe t\u00eb tjera<\/strong>. Pas k\u00ebsaj u mund\u00ebsua vendosja e numrave telefonik\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr banesa t\u00eb qytetit, <strong>kuptohet p\u00ebr drejtuesit e koh\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa u realizua lidhja telefonike me qendrat e fshatrave apo kooperativave n\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs.<\/strong> Salla e \u201c<strong>automatikut<\/strong>\u201d si\u00e7 e quanin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ofronte sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb dhe tejet cil\u00ebsor.
