Ajo u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme njer\u00ebzore dhe qytetare, q\u00eb u konkretizua fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 2007, kur n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e Komandantit t\u00eb Batalionit Xheniero-Nd\u00ebrtues t\u00eb Forcave t\u00eb Armatosura ai luajti rol vendimtar n\u00eb miratimin dhe nisjen e punimeve t\u00eb Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Bjeshk\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projekti, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin <strong>lidhjen rrugore Tropoj\u00eb\u2013Dragobi dhe hapjen e komunikimit me Plav\u00eb-Gucin\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi,<\/strong> konsiderohet sot nj\u00eb investim strategjik p\u00ebr zhvillimin e zon\u00ebs.
