Nj\u00eb burri t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb krahin\u00eb i vrasin dy djemt\u00eb, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb at\u00eb familje e kishte pushtuar zija e madhe. <strong>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr pleqt\u00eb e krahin\u00ebs, i njohur p\u00ebr men\u00e7urin\u00eb e rrall\u00eb tipike p\u00ebr dibran\u00ebt,<\/strong> niset p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ceremoni q\u00eb kishte trondit gjith\u00eb krahin\u00ebn. Rrug\u00ebs mendohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur fjal\u00ebt sa m\u00eb ngush\u00eblluese p\u00ebr babain e dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb<strong>, por t\u00eb gjitha i dukeshin t\u00eb pa efektshme p\u00ebr gj\u00ebm\u00ebn q\u00eb kishte ndodhur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"1286\">Ashtu i menduar gjendet n\u00eb familjen ku shtriheshin trupat e dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb, <strong>por \u00e7udit\u00ebrisht n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira ai vendos mos me ju drejtuar t\u00eb zotit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, babait t\u00eb dy djemve me fjal\u00eb ngush\u00eblluese<\/strong> si \u201cju lasht\u00eb zoti t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt\u201d por me shprehjen: \u201c<strong>sa mir\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb ti jan\u00eb vra djemt\u00eb<\/strong>\u201d. Babai i djemve lig\u00ebshtohet sa nuk ka m\u00eb prej k\u00ebsaj fyerje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur kjo vinte nga nj\u00eb burr\u00eb i njohur p\u00ebr mendjen e tij mpreht\u00eb. <strong>P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb nuk vonon dhe fillon hasm\u00ebria me plakun q\u00eb e fyeu aq r\u00ebnd\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"2037\">Pasi kalojn\u00eb disa koh\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00ebndje, plaku i fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda kwrkon besw pwr ti shkuar nw \u00a0sht\u00ebpi babait t\u00eb djemve t\u00eb vrar\u00eb, i cili nw kulm dwshpwrimi e pranon vizitwn e tij. \u00a0Me tw hyrw nw derwn e mikut me djem tw vrarw ai nuk vonon por i drejtohet me kwto fjalw: <strong>A e din pse ti thash\u00eb ato fjal\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb at\u00eb moment shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr ty<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u2013 Jo p\u00ebrgjigjet plaku i mbytur n\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrim. At\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb d\u00ebgjo i thot\u00eb bashk\u00ebbiseduesi, \u201c<strong>ato fjal\u00eb ti thash\u00eb me q\u00ebllim me ta heq sado pak mendjen prej hakmarrjes p\u00ebr vrasjen e djemve, e me e humb koh\u00ebn sado pak tu mendue vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr arsyen pse un\u00eb ti kam th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong> At\u00ebher\u00eb i zoti i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb ngrihet dhe p\u00ebrqafon plakun e urt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb se m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prej atij momenti q\u00eb i kishte d\u00ebgjuar ato fjal\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda mendja nuk m\u00eb rrinte askund tjet\u00ebr, <strong>p\u00ebrvecse te sjellja jote e asaj dite t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr familjen time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2276\">Duket se nga ndodhi t\u00eb tilla <strong>\u00ebsht\u00eb inspiruar kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i cili n\u00eb momente<\/strong> krizash t\u00eb r\u00ebnda nxjerr nga sirtari i tij, mufka t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin <strong>vemendjen e opinionit nga situata e r\u00ebnd\u00eb ku i ka paraprir\u00eb me qeverisjen tij.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2278\" data-end=\"2921\">N\u00eb kulmin e kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit, ku moti i acart\u00eb <strong>dhe bora e shumt\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb zot\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrsisht gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb territorit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, j<\/strong>o vet\u00ebm fal\u00eb sasis\u00eb s\u00eb konsiderueshme q\u00eb ra n\u00eb tok\u00eb, por edhe inaktivitetit total t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb i cila nuk kishte as krip\u00eb t\u00eb maleve t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, <strong data-start=\"2559\" data-end=\"2570\">Berisha<\/strong> hodhi n\u00eb tregun mediatik dhe opinion <strong>iden\u00eb e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb detyrueshme t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs kineze.<\/strong> U desh\u00ebn vet\u00ebm pak minuta pas deklarimit gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb fjalimi t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhjen e qeveris\u00eb, q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb opinioni t\u00eb <strong>\u2018harroj\u00eb<\/strong>\u201d situat\u00ebn e r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga moti i acart\u00eb, dhe t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me kinez\u00ebrin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga goja e kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3577\">Tashm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e din\u00eb se <strong data-start=\"2950\" data-end=\"2958\">Kina<\/strong> po b\u00ebn ekspansion t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm ekonomik n\u00eb bot\u00eb, por nuk besohet se ndonj\u00eb shtet, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr europian, t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb detyrueshme m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs kineze n\u00eb shkollat e tyre. <strong>Nj\u00eb ide e till\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7on edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur rregjimi komunist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri u mundua t\u00eb na nguliste iden\u00eb e \u00e7mendur <\/strong>p\u00ebrmes fraz\u00ebs s\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur \u201c<strong>v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit kinez\u00eb dhe miqt\u00eb kosovar\u00eb<\/strong>\u201d, por fal\u00eb k\u00ebtij v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrimi \u00e7menduaria nuk shkoi deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb sa gjuha e tyre t\u00eb diktohej n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla, por mbeti thjesht n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kopjimit t\u00eb modelit t\u00eb flet\u00eb-rrufeve <strong>dhe gjimnastik\u00ebs s\u00eb mengjesit, deri edhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjet prodhuese t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3579\" data-end=\"4082\">Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr mos realizimin e k\u00ebsaj ideje, lidhet me faktin se <strong>Ministria e Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs e ka t\u00eb pa mundur t\u00eb gjej\u00eb 400 m\u00ebsues p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn kineze,<\/strong> nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb jo pak shkolla sidomos t\u00eb periferis\u00eb, edhe gjuha angleze me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb hershme edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar me m\u00ebsues part-time, q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti shqiptojn\u00eb me \u201c<strong>dhiz iz\u201d<\/strong> pa zbritur n\u00eb nivele humori t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb por t\u00eb hidhur, kur nxn\u00ebsi i k\u00ebrkon m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthej\u00eb fjal\u00ebn<strong> \u201culliri\u201d <\/strong>dhe m\u00ebsuesi i z\u00ebn\u00eb ngusht\u00eb i tha<strong> \u201cullains\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4389\">A nuk u habit n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb opinioni kur n\u00eb kulmin e protestave dhe presionit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr parrregull\u00ebsit\u00eb e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb vitit 2009, <strong>kryeministri i v\u00ebndit b\u00ebri q\u00eb kush e d\u00ebgjoi t\u00eb mbante frym\u00ebn thell\u00eb, teksa ai u deklarua mbi nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr lejimin e ushtrimit t\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb homoseksual\u00ebve.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4391\" data-end=\"4828\">N\u00ebse vijojm\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekim deklarimet e cuditshme t\u00eb kryeministrit<strong>, pa p\u00ebrjashtuar edhe deklaratat p\u00ebr mbjelljen e arrave dhe lajthiave,<\/strong> n\u00eb \u00e7do rast rezulton t\u00eb jen\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb momente krizash t\u00eb forta q\u00eb kalon vendi, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb askush nuk duhet t\u00eb harrohet gjat\u00eb me diskutime q\u00eb n\u00eb fund rezultojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb kota, <strong>pasi vet\u00eb deklarimet kryemistrit tjet\u00ebr kund rezultojn\u00eb ta ken\u00eb sh\u00ebnjestr\u00ebn, e jo n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb lexohet n\u00eb rrjeshtat
