Shpresoj se Shqip\u00ebria, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb zbatimin dhe finalizimin e k\u00ebtij projekti n\u00eb hapjen e Konsullat\u00ebs, por do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb kryej obligimin Moral, Komb\u00ebtar e Kushtetues t\u00eb afroj mb\u00ebshtetje, angazhim e p\u00ebrkushtim duke investuar n\u00eb projekte tjera p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj Krahine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shqip\u00ebria k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb pran\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave individuale dhe kolektive, por edhe n\u00eb kultivimin e identitetit, dinjitetit shqiptar jasht\u00eb kufijve<\/strong>, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb detyr\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb udh\u00ebheq Shteti Am\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Forcimi i pranis\u00eb diplomatike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Rajon, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap strategjik<\/strong>, pasi shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb diskriminuarit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Mbi t\u00eb gjitha, nuk e ka t\u00eb zgjidhur statusin politik e juridik, dhe k\u00ebrkon zgjidhje t\u00eb drejt\u00eb<\/strong>, p\u00ebrmes mjeteve politike e demokratike n\u00ebn prezenc\u00ebn dhe monitorimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar duke garantuar t\u00eb drejtat individuale dhe kolektive.<\/p>\n

Pas hapjes s\u00eb vonuar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Konsullate shqiptare n\u00eb Bujanoc, uroj q\u00eb Parlamenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb e Bujanoc, t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb DISKRIMINIMIN, si SPASTRIM ETNIK \u2013 PASIVIZIMI I ADRESAVE<\/strong> t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Serbi.<\/p>\n

Por edhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb artikuluar<\/strong>, duke nd\u00ebrtuar dhe mbajtur q\u00ebndrim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, objektiv, nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim institucional t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, mbi Referendumin e 1 e 2 mars 1992, p\u00ebr kryengritjen e armatosur t\u00eb U\u00c7PMB-\u00ebs, q\u00eb mbrojti pragun, dinjitetin dhe identitetin e k\u00ebsaj Krahine, dhe marr\u00ebveshjen e Kon\u00e7ulit.<\/p>\n

Na mban shpresa se nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb investimi i vet\u00ebm i Tiran\u00ebs zyrtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Krahin\u00eb, por do t\u00eb presim investime konkrete n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe veprime p\u00ebr hapjen edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb zyre nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebse edhe n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e domosdoshme.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, Parlamenti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmonte ngritjen e k\u00ebsaj teme<\/strong>, debatin parlamentar p\u00ebrmes caktimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb pike t\u00eb posa\u00e7me t\u00eb rendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs mbi pasivizimin e adresave, mos p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin proporcional n\u00eb nivelin lokal dhe qendror t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kemi shtim t\u00eb diskriminimit n\u00eb gjith\u00eb segmentet e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb, Medvegj\u00eb e Bujanoc<\/strong>, dhe miratimin e nj\u00eb REZOLUTE.<\/p>\n

Hapja e Konsullat\u00ebs Shqiptare n\u00eb Bujanoc, edhe pse e vonuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb hap historik p\u00ebr Rajonin e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Serbi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb nd\u00ebr shum\u00eb sfida t\u00eb mbijetes\u00ebs n\u00eb ruajtjen e substanc\u00ebs, t\u00eb mbrojm\u00eb sakrific\u00ebn dhe kontributin e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb armatosur si sfida t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes, ngritja n\u00eb nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n

Hapja e k\u00ebsaj Konsullate \u00ebsht\u00eb kryemesazh dhe reflektim se Rajoni i Preshev\u00ebs, Medvegj\u00ebs e Bujanocit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtje e brendshme e Serbis\u00eb<\/strong>, dhe se v\u00ebrtet Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrkrah dhe bashk\u00eb do t\u00eb jemi nj\u00eb z\u00eb i artikuluar.<\/p>\n

Ende na duhet t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb manifestojm\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb politike, me mjete paq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat individuale e kolektive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nga Shqip\u00ebria, edhe m\u00eb tej presim t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, n\u00eb ruajtjen e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturo-historike, n\u00eb informim, n\u00eb sport, n\u00eb arsim, ve\u00e7mas n\u00eb shkollimin e kuadrove universitare.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj, edhe t\u00eb avokoj\u00eb dhe loboj\u00eb n\u00eb instanca e mekanizma m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe OKB-s\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n
