Esad \u00c7ollaku \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i shquar n\u00eb Kroaci<\/strong> dhe nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e respektuar n\u00eb komunitetin shqiptar atje. Ai i p\u00ebrket nj\u00eb gjenerate m\u00eb t\u00eb von\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebsh t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb Dalmaci, por emri i tij lidhet ngusht\u00eb me nj\u00eb nga periudhat m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe m\u00eb heroike t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb moderne. Si pjes\u00ebtar i nj\u00ebsis\u00eb elit\u00eb speciale \u201cPDV STRUC \u2013 Albancevi An\u0111eli\u201d<\/strong>, stem\u00ebn e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs e mbart me krenari, Esad \u00c7ollaku u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e rezistenc\u00ebs kroate kund\u00ebr agresionit milloshevi\u00e7ian gjat\u00eb viteve \u201990<\/strong>. M\u00eb rastisi t\u00eb ndaj pak rrug\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr Zar\u00eb t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb me Esad \u00c7ollakun<\/strong> dhe biseda natyrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb \u00e7on tek ata mbi 300-vje\u00e7ar\u00ebt Arbnesh\u00eb t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs<\/strong>, shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb gjet\u00ebn streh\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje t\u00eb bekuara t\u00eb Dalmacis\u00eb dhe q\u00eb me mund, sakrific\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtim nd\u00ebrtuan jet\u00ebn e tyre duke ruajtur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb identitetin, zakonet dhe gjuh\u00ebn e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Vet\u00eb Esadi, me origjin\u00eb nga Kosova,<\/strong> n\u00eb koh\u00eb paqeje jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb respektohet si ekspert i \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb siguris\u00eb dhe luft\u00ebs, por ka kontribuar shum\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr komunitetin shqiptar t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb Kroaci. Ai ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr dy mandate kryetar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs<\/strong>, nd\u00ebrsa prej disa vitesh drejton Unionin e Shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Kroacis\u00eb<\/strong>, duke u kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve atje.<\/p>\n

Teksa biseda shkon natyrsh\u00ebm tek Arbnesh\u00ebt e Zar\u00ebs, Esadi shfaqet disi i pezmatuar.<\/strong> Sipas tij, presioni historik, periudhat jo fort miq\u00ebsore ndaj tyre, martesat e p\u00ebrziera dhe mungesa e v\u00ebmendjes institucionale nga trojet shqiptare kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e Arbnesh\u00ebve t\u00eb asimilohet ose t\u00eb mos ndihet gjithmon\u00eb komode t\u00eb deklarohet si e till\u00eb<\/strong>. Megjithat\u00eb, ai kujton me shum\u00eb respekt koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs, kur n\u00eb nj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij elit\u00eb kishte komandant\u00eb Arbnesh\u00eb si Danjeli dhe Xhovani, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndante jo vet\u00ebm arm\u00ebn e frontit, por edhe lidhjen e gjakut dhe t\u00eb origjin\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Esad \u00c7ollaku e b\u00ebn gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb dallimin mes Arbnesh\u00ebve t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs<\/strong> dhe Arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve t\u00eb Kalabris\u00eb<\/strong>. Arbnesh\u00ebt jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt e vendosur n\u00eb Zar\u00eb t\u00eb Dalmacis\u00eb q\u00eb prej shekullit XVIII, nd\u00ebrsa Arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Kalabris\u00eb n\u00eb Itali jan\u00eb komunitete shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme, t\u00eb larguara nga Arb\u00ebria pas pushtimeve osmane n\u00eb shekujt XV-XVI.<\/strong> Sipas tij, Arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Kalabris\u00eb kan\u00eb arritur ta ruajn\u00eb m\u00eb fort identitetin komb\u00ebtar, gjuh\u00ebn dhe veshjet tradicionale p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb shekuj, nd\u00ebrsa Arbnesh\u00ebt e Zar\u00ebs jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb proces m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb asimilimi. \u201cNe po b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019i afruar njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrmes konferencave dhe aktiviteteve kulturore\u201d, thot\u00eb Esadi<\/strong>, duke shtuar me keqardhje se n\u00eb disa aktivitete as veshja komb\u00ebtare shqiptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar.<\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb populli, djalli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt i zi. N\u00eb or\u00ebt e pasdites, n\u00eb Teatrin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs<\/strong>, u shfaq drama \u201cMartesa\u201d e personalitetit t\u00eb njohur Arbnesh Josip Rela<\/strong>, me regji t\u00eb Maximiliana Baran\u010di\u0107<\/strong>. Teksa ndodhesha n\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e pedagoges s\u00eb njohur t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Zar\u00ebs, Teuta Sereqi<\/strong>, mbesa e t\u00eb shquarit Gjon Sereqi<\/strong>, po zininim vend n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e tejmbushur t\u00eb teatrit, nj\u00eb z\u00eb nga pas nesh na u drejtua me nj\u00eb shqipe t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, duke pyetur se nga ishim. Profesoresha Teuta Sereqi<\/strong> iu p\u00ebrgjigj prer\u00eb: \u201cJemi shqiptar\u00eb<\/strong>.\u201d Burri i moshuar u p\u00ebrgjigj po aq prer\u00eb, me nj\u00eb ton krenarie t\u00eb qet\u00eb: \u201cEdhe un\u00eb jam shqiptar\u2026 shqiptar Arbnesh<\/strong>.\u201d Kaq mjaftoi q\u00eb t\u00eb shtr\u00ebngonim duart me nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsjellje t\u00eb rrall\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb mall t\u00eb heshtur, <\/strong>sikur lag\u00ebshtia e tre shekujve t\u00eb ishte mbledhur n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7ast.<\/p>\n

Ishte e pamundur t\u2019i shmangeshe ftes\u00ebs insistuese t\u00eb miqve tan\u00eb n\u00eb Zar\u00ebn Dalmat\u00ebse<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e festimeve \u201cDit\u00ebt e Kultur\u00ebs Arb\u00ebneshe \u2013 Zonja Jon\u00eb e Loretos<\/strong>\u201d, me rastin e p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb 300-vjetorit t\u00eb themelimit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebneshit (Borgo Erizzo)<\/strong> n\u00eb Zar\u00eb<\/strong> t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu, m\u00eb 6 maj u nis\u00ebm nga Prishtina<\/strong>: akademik Murat Ajvazi<\/strong>, kryetar i Lidhjes s\u00eb Historian\u00ebve Shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Bot\u00eb<\/strong> me seli n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr<\/strong>, i shoq\u00ebruar nga arsimtari i mir\u00ebnjohur i Medvegj\u00ebs<\/strong>, Rexhep Abazi<\/strong>, dhe Sami Jashari<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Rruga kalon shpejt deri kur hyn n\u00eb territorin e Malit t\u00eb Zi<\/strong>, ku ndesh nj\u00eb situat\u00eb tejet kufizuese n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje, jo vet\u00ebm nga rrug\u00ebt e ngushta dhe kthesat e shumta, por edhe nga nd\u00ebrhyrjet rehabilituese q\u00eb po kryheshin. Megjithat\u00eb, pas disa or\u00ebsh, na shfaqet nj\u00eb kolon\u00eb e gjat\u00eb automjetesh q\u00eb dukej sikur kishin fikur motor\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos l\u00ebvizur. N\u00eb fakt, ishim afruar dogan\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi<\/strong> n\u00eb kufi me Kroacin\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e pap\u00ebrshkrueshme, ku \u00e7do gj\u00eb fliste p\u00ebr sorollatjen e panevojshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kufi. Nga pes\u00eb sportele q\u00eb ishin aty, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej tyre kishte nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs. Me kujdes e pyet\u00ebm pse sportelet e tjera nuk kishin asnj\u00eb punonj\u00ebs. P\u00ebrgjigjja e tij e that\u00eb ishte se nuk kishte burime njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar kapacitetet n\u00eb at\u00eb dogan\u00eb<\/strong>. Megjithat\u00eb, pas t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tri or\u00ebsh pritje, mor\u00ebm t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta l\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb vend dhe hym\u00eb n\u00eb territorin e Kroacis\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebtu situata ishte m\u00eb ndryshe dhe, pas nj\u00eb ore tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb kolon\u00eb, mor\u00ebm rrug\u00ebt e Kroacis\u00eb<\/strong> me drejtim Zar\u00ebn<\/strong>. Megjith\u00ebse kilometrat ishin t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, udh\u00ebtimi ishte n\u00eb rrug\u00eb m\u00eb komode, sipas standardeve t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb<\/strong>. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi pothuajse 12-or\u00ebsh mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebm n\u00eb Zar\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb njohje e shpejt\u00eb me Zar\u00ebn<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Andon Dedaj<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb nga Prizreni<\/strong>, por me origjin\u00eb t\u00eb hershme, rreth 170-vje\u00e7are, nga Spa\u00e7i i Mirdit\u00ebs<\/strong>. N\u00eb Zar\u00eb<\/strong> ka mb\u00ebrritur rreth viteve \u201970 dhe, s\u00eb bashku me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tij, me pun\u00eb e p\u00ebrkushtim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb bekuar, kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb jen\u00eb konkurrues t\u00eb denj\u00eb t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit n\u00eb Zar\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb bised\u00eb me Antonin<\/strong> m\u00ebson se Zara<\/strong>, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn vendasit e quajn\u00eb Zadar<\/strong>, pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore<\/strong> dhe shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb Austro-Hungaris\u00eb<\/strong>, iu dha Italis\u00eb<\/strong> me Traktatin e Rapallos (1920)<\/strong>. Qyteti u b\u00eb zyrtarisht pjes\u00eb e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Italis\u00eb<\/strong> si \u201cProvincia di Zara\u201d. Sipas dokumenteve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, n\u00eb vitin 1921 mbi 70% e popullsis\u00eb ishte italiane, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb fshatrat p\u00ebrreth ishin kryesisht kroate. Pik\u00ebrisht aty kalonte kufiri me Italin\u00eb e koh\u00ebs dhe, si me t\u00eb qeshur, Antoni<\/strong>, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Konsull Nderi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Kroaci<\/strong>, thot\u00eb se pik\u00ebrisht aty ku ai ka nd\u00ebrtuar banes\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, ka qen\u00eb vija kufitare mes dy shteteve dhe deri von\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb bunker.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Musolinit<\/strong>, Zara<\/strong> u mbipopullua me italian\u00eb n\u00eb administrat\u00eb dhe kudo tjet\u00ebr, por me kapitullimin e Italis\u00eb<\/strong>, qyteti u rrezikua shum\u00eb nga partizan\u00ebt e Titos<\/strong>. Ndodhi q\u00eb gjerman\u00ebt nd\u00ebrhyn\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt dhe e rimor\u00ebn n\u00ebn kontroll Zar\u00ebn<\/strong>, duke ia njohur formalisht Italis\u00eb<\/strong>, edhe pse e pushtuan vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Por kjo situat\u00eb do t\u00eb merrte fund kur aleat\u00ebt anglo-amerikan\u00eb bombarduan vazhdimisht Zar\u00ebn<\/strong> nga n\u00ebntori 1943 deri n\u00eb tetor 1944,<\/strong> duke shkat\u00ebrruar rreth 80% t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesave t\u00eb qytetit dhe duke vrar\u00eb mij\u00ebra persona. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 1944, gjerman\u00ebt u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb nisi nj\u00eb eksod shum\u00eb i madh i italian\u00ebve nga Zara<\/strong> drejt Italis\u00eb<\/strong>. Kjo sepse, sipas Traktatit t\u00eb Paqes t\u00eb Parisit<\/strong> m\u00eb 1947, Zadar<\/strong> iu njoh zyrtarisht Jugosllavis\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb, n\u00eb pak koh\u00eb, Zara<\/strong>, me histori e vjet\u00ebrsi po aq sa Shkodra<\/strong>, nj\u00eb vend i rrethuar n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga uj\u00ebrat e Adriatikut<\/strong>, u deitalianizua ndjesh\u00ebm, duke u kthyer tashm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet me p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi pothuajse t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht kroate dhe me rryma t\u00eb tjera n\u00ebn Jugosllavi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebt dhe sfida e mbijetes\u00ebs<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A ishte kjo arsyeja q\u00eb arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm jan\u00eb kroatizuar n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb konsiderueshme?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb logjik\u00eb e natyrshme u jep t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, pasi arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebt e Zar\u00ebs<\/strong> u pan\u00eb nga komunist\u00ebt e Titos<\/strong> si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb italian\u00ebve apo edhe t\u00eb gjerman\u00ebve. N\u00eb fakt, sidomos me italian\u00ebt, kjo ishte e natyrshme, pasi kishin bashk\u00ebjetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet me tradit\u00ebn dhe kultur\u00ebn e tyre, t\u00eb cilat i kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb qytetit rrug\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrtesa q\u00eb sot vizitohen nga mij\u00ebra turist\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, regjimi komunist jugosllav ushtronte kontroll t\u00eb fort\u00eb mbi grupet q\u00eb konsideroheshin t\u00eb af\u00ebrta me Italin\u00eb<\/strong> ose me identitete jo-sllave. Edhe pse nuk pati nj\u00eb persekutim t\u00eb organizuar vet\u00ebm kund\u00ebr arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebve, shum\u00eb familje ndien presion politik dhe shoq\u00ebror. Disa u larguan drejt Italis\u00eb<\/strong> bashk\u00eb me eksodin e italian\u00ebve dalmat\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb fsheh\u00ebn prejardhjen arb\u00ebneshe dhe ndaluan p\u00ebrdorimin publik t\u00eb dialektit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb shkolla dhe institucione nuk lejohej kultivimi i identitetit shqiptar, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7oi gradualisht n\u00eb kroatizimin e komunitetit. Sot n\u00eb Zadar<\/strong> ende ekziston kujtesa e arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebve dhe e lagjes Arbanasi<\/strong>, por gjuha dhe traditat e vjetra ruhen vet\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i vog\u00ebl banor\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n

Tashm\u00eb q\u00eb realitetet politiko-shoq\u00ebrore kan\u00eb ndryshuar n\u00eb Zar\u00eb<\/strong>, kur Jugosllavia<\/strong> e vjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb relike, a ka ardhur koha q\u00eb ky komunitet me vlera historike t\u2019i mbijetoj\u00eb shekujve?<\/p>\n

Takime dhe diskutime p\u00ebr identitetin arb\u00ebnesh<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Nikoll\u00eb Prekpalaj<\/strong>, kryetar i Shoqat\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Prefektur\u00ebs s\u00eb Zar\u00ebs<\/strong>, n\u00eb ambientet e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u zhvillua nj\u00eb takim mes t\u00eb ftuarve dhe aktivist\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shoqate, foli mbi pun\u00ebn aktive q\u00eb b\u00ebn kjo organizat\u00eb. Edhe pse kjo shoqat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar kryesisht nga shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur pas viteve \u201970, ata b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pran\u00eb arb\u00ebnesh\u00ebve, q\u00eb edhe ata ta ndiejn\u00eb me krenari origjin\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n

Msc. Vesel Lekaj<\/strong>, arsimtar i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn fillore \u201cKruno Krsti\u0107\u201d<\/strong>, nj\u00eb njeri i palodhur n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj nisme, tha se po shtohet numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve arb\u00ebnesh\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e tij q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin bashk\u00ebkohor t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/p>\n
