Ka shkuar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund rruga e makin\u00ebs nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb Plav\u00eb e Guci, por von\u00eb, mjaft von\u00eb, kur tashm\u00eb atje flitet pak e m\u00eb pak shqip. Faji padyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb i historis\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, kur Fuqit\u00eb e M\u00ebdha me \u201cshpirt t\u00eb vog\u00ebl\u201d i pren\u00eb drur\u00eb shkurt, Kongresi i Berlinit, si t\u00eb ishte duke luajtur shah n\u00eb trojet tona, Plav\u00ebn dhe Gucin\u00eb, ia kaloi Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/strong> Dy qytezat me 29 fshatra u zun\u00eb \u201crobina\u201d prej asaj kohe e deri m\u00eb sot. Do t\u00eb donim t\u00eb niste ndryshe ky shkrim, n\u00eb 2018-n, p\u00ebr Plav\u00ebn e Gucin\u00eb, Vuthajn e Martinajn, Kukajn e Dolin<\/strong>, fshatra shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb reportazh q\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebfente turizmin e k\u00ebtyre bjeshk\u00ebve, pllajave e luginaven alpine, n\u00eb harmoni dhe me malazez\u00ebt n\u00eb ngulimet e tyre t\u00eb mo\u00e7me, por ja q\u00eb n\u00eb trevat shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane u mbivendos\u00ebn boshnjak\u00eb e malazez\u00eb duke i asimiluar shqiptar\u00ebt vendas, deri n\u00eb zhbimje t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs e traditave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n

Sllav\u00ebt, nga fqinj\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb pushtues. Mbivendosjen e tregojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm varret e luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e kufijve e trojeve tona, po dhe tabelat e institucioneve sot, ku e para \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn malazeze dhe e dyta me shkrim m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl tabel\u00ebza n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe<\/strong>. E prap\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb rreshtur p\u00ebrpjekjet e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr identitetin e tyre komb\u00ebtar as sot e k\u00ebsaj dite. Nd\u00ebr episodet e shumta k\u00ebsodore \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe ky. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve \u201990, n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e Dolit, nga Dom Nik\u00eb Ukgjini u organizua nj\u00eb veprimtari p\u00ebr rehabilitimin e Gjergj Fisht\u00ebs, rrjedhimisht dhe t\u00eb \u201cLahut\u00ebs s\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, ku merrte pjes\u00eb dhe hoxha Hysen Bajrami me gjith\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt mysliman\u00eb. A nuk kishte shkruar poeti komb\u00ebtar: \u201cV\u00ebrtet\u00eb na kemi Bajram e Pashk\u00eb, por Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e kemi bashk\u00eb\u201d?<\/strong> At\u00ebbot\u00eb, kujtojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebbiseduesit tan\u00eb, boshnjak\u00ebt e b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, p\u00ebrfshi dhe mediat e Malit t\u00eb Zi, kinse 30 mij\u00eb mysliman\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kishin nd\u00ebrruar sakaq fen\u00eb dhe ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb katolik\u00eb (!)
\nDritani \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari njeri q\u00eb takojm\u00eb n\u00eb Plav\u00eb. Kur i themi q\u00ebllimin e vizit\u00ebs son\u00eb, t\u00eb shkruanim p\u00ebr Plav\u00ebn dhe Gucin\u00eb, ai menj\u00ebher\u00eb na thot\u00eb: \u201cTakoni Tahir Gjonbal\u00ebn\u201d.<\/strong> U drejtuam te qendra e kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetit, q\u00eb t\u00eb na ndihmonin ta gjenim, kur Gani Ukaj, punonj\u00ebs i saj, pa e zgajur na priu me makin\u00ebn e tij drejt e n\u00eb Guci ku na priste Tahiri, me profesion inxhinier nd\u00ebrtimi. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i njohur, veprimtar i thekur i \u00e7eshtjes komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kur ishte student n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb demontratat e vitit 1981. N\u00eb vitin 1984 arrestohet dhe mbahet gjasht\u00eb muaj n\u00eb burgun e Gjilanit me akuz\u00ebn p\u00ebr veprimtari kund\u00ebr shtetit jugosllav.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1990, n\u00ebn kryesimin e Anton \u00c7et\u00ebs, i bashkohet l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb pajtimit t\u00eb gjaqeve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, duke kryer pajtime n\u00eb Drenic\u00eb, Llap, Rahovec, Reka e Keqe, De\u00e7an etj. Veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk pushojn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb si shelbues t\u00eb kombit. Pyetjes son\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb Vitin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, Tahiri dhe Ganiu i p\u00ebrgjigjen se ishte organizuar festivali mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar \u201cK\u00ebnga dhe vallja shqipe na bashkon\u201d me artist\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha trevat shqiptare, p\u00ebrfshi dhe nga Presheva, si dhe tubimi popullor festiv \u201cAlpet Shqiptare\u201d n\u00eb Vuthaj, n\u00eb dy dit\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb korrikut dhe dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb gushtit. Vuthaj<\/strong>, fshati me popullsi qindp\u00ebrqind shqiptare, q\u00eb prej vitit t\u00eb kaluar ka dhe qendr\u00ebn e tij kulturore, \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb \u201camfiteatrin\u201d kulturor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs dhe Gucis\u00eb.
\nP\u00ebrpos se vendlindja e disa figurave komb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb vend turistik i bekuar nga natyra, me kroje, rudina dhe \u201csyrin e kalt\u00ebr\u201d t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb tubimin e para tri jav\u00ebve, ligj\u00ebruesit shpall\u00ebn se sivjet ishin dy ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb do t\u00eb kremtoheshin, Viti i Sk\u00ebnderbeut dhe 140-vjetori i Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit. N\u00eb Alpe vitet e fundit jan\u00eb ngjitur dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs nga Kosova e Shqip\u00ebria, si Agim \u00c7eku, Ramush Haradinaj, Bujar Nishani, Ilir Meta etj., por dhe ish-president\u00ebt Rexhep Mejdani e Alfred Moisiu, historian\u00eb nga Tirana e Prishtina, nj\u00eb koloni piktor\u00ebsh, n\u00ebn kujdesin e botuesit t\u00eb \u201cTon\u00ebs\u201d Fatmir To\u00e7i etj.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa Rexhep Qosja asht i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm se ka lindur n\u00eb Vuthaj dhe e kalon ver\u00ebn k\u00ebtu,<\/strong> thon\u00eb bashk\u00ebtrevasit e tij. Sk\u00ebnder Tha\u00e7i, me origjin\u00eb nga Puka, lindur dhe ai n\u00eb Vuthaj, vjen vazhdimisht n\u00eb fest\u00ebn e krahin\u00ebs, por dhe vuthjan\u00ebt shkojn\u00eb te qyteza e tij turistike moderne \u201cMagra-Austria\u201d n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e Rugov\u00ebs, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr bukuri e pashoqe e Alpeve, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb portreti i Sk\u00ebnderbeut. Njer\u00ebzit e Plav\u00ebs dhe Gucis\u00eb t\u00eb flasin dhe p\u00ebr shkrimtaren dhe m\u00ebsuesen e gjuh\u00ebs angleze Hasnije Kuka, q\u00eb ka botuar disa libra me poezi etj. Por librat e saj shkojn\u00eb dor\u00eb m\u00eb dor\u00eb te lexuesi, pasi libri n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe ende nuk e ka fituar betej\u00ebn me historin\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, p\u00ebrpos panaireve q\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb Ulqin. \u201cMe rastin e 28 N\u00ebntorit, – thot\u00eb Tahiri, – do t\u00eb mblidhemi deh nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, i madh e i vog\u00ebl, p\u00ebr 550-vjetorin e Sk\u00ebnderbeut, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb koncert dhe do t\u00eb mbahen disa ligjerata kushtuar Heroit Komb\u00ebtar dhe Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit\u201d. E ndjen se d\u00ebshira e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebso kremtimesh \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe, por mund\u00ebsit\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara, m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, t\u00eb palejuara nga shteti, pasaport\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit mbajn\u00eb n\u00eb xhep.<\/strong>
\nPlava dhe Gucia, n\u00eb preh\u00ebr t\u00eb Alpeve Shqiptare, jan\u00eb vazhdim i Kelmendit e Vermoshit dhe ndajn\u00eb me komun\u00ebn malazeze t\u00eb Andrevic\u00ebs etj. Liqeni akullnajor i Plav\u00ebs, mbi 6 kilometra katror\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb atraktiv n\u00ebse do t\u00eb rrethohej nga nj\u00eb sh\u00ebtitore e ndri\u00e7uar etj.<\/p>\n

Por urbanizimi modern nuk ka ndodhur me dy qytetet, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Guci pam\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nj\u00eb godin\u00eb luksoze, ajo e Komun\u00ebs, q\u00eb kontrastonte me mjedisin e varf\u00ebr p\u00ebrreth. N\u00eb vitin 2014 Plava dhe Gucia, nga nj\u00eb q\u00eb ishte u ndan\u00eb n\u00eb dy komuna, pa u p\u00ebrfillur vullneti i shqiptar\u00ebve, teksa popullsia \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u pak\u00ebsuar dita-dit\u00ebs. Sot Plava ka 7000 banor\u00eb dhe Gucia 2500, shum\u00eb pak krahasuar me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, kur, n\u00eb fillimet e shekullit XX, Gucia q\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl kishte 23 000 banor\u00eb. Nj\u00eb shpopullim i friksh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtyre bjeshk\u00ebve nga m\u00eb t\u00eb bukurat e Ballkanit. Mjafton t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh vet\u00ebm Vuthajn n\u00eb r\u00ebnie. N\u00eb vitin 1908, sipas Dr. Jovan Cveiq, fshati kishte 3876 banor\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitet \u201970 shkolla fillore kishte 165 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe sot pas 40-50 vitesh ka vet\u00ebm 9 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs(!)<\/strong> M\u00ebsuesja Emine Ulaj ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb fotografi me t\u00eb vetmin nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb klas\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb, Trim Gjonbal\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Duket se vet\u00ebm pishat, shkrepat dhe krojet nuk i kan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar trojet p\u00ebrnjimend. N\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb pushteti serbo-malazes me asimilimin e popullat\u00ebs shqiptare e n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr ikjet e vet\u00eb banor\u00ebve drejt Amerik\u00ebs, por dhe drejt Tiran\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kthehen nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vit n\u00eb fest\u00ebn tradicionale t\u00eb Alpeve. E hidhur apo jo, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta. Megjithat\u00eb lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb, fatmir\u00ebsisht ka ndonj\u00eb vuthjan q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nuk i ka l\u00ebshuar trojet, por dhe ka investuar ndjesh\u00ebm, si Uk\u00eb Gjonbalaj, q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Vuthaj hotelin turistik \u201cKulla Rosi\u201d, duke i p\u00ebrshtatur kullat e vjetra autentike t\u00eb Alpeve me elemente t\u00eb arkitektur\u00ebs moderne. Vuthjan\u00ebt shpresojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos mbetet me kaq, por drejt kuror\u00ebs s\u00eb Alpeve Shqiptare t\u2019i kthejn\u00eb syt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb biznesmen\u00eb apo emigrant\u00eb n\u00eb dh\u00e9 t\u00eb huaj.<\/strong>
\nMe malin e Kollat\u00ebs, Maj\u00ebn e Rosit, Qaf\u00ebn e Borit, Syrin e Skafka\u00e7it, Kroin e Ali Gucis\u00eb, Gurin e Or\u00ebs n\u00eb sy, s\u00eb bashku me inxhinierin emigrant Mark Zefi, largohemi mes breng\u00ebs s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb e flasin gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb pak gjuh\u00ebn amtare shqipe dhe shpres\u00ebs se turizmi alpin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e re zhvillimi ekonomik e integrimit etno-kulturor t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Fshatrat turistike n\u00eb krijim e sip\u00ebr, n\u00eb Vuthaj, Vermosh, L\u00ebpush\u00eb, Valbon\u00eb, Theth, Nikaj – M\u00ebrtur, Rugov\u00eb e<\/strong>tj. do ta ngjallin tradit\u00ebn e pasur shqiptare n\u00eb zeje, gatime vendi, rituale, veshje, k\u00ebng\u00eb, valle etj., duke pritur e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb vendas dhe t\u00eb huaj.
