Shkrim i botuar n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn \u201cKoha Jon\u00eb\u201d m\u00eb 14 shtator 2001<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

-Kan\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr ngush\u00ebllime n\u00eb nj\u00eb mort, por jan\u00eb kthyer vet\u00eb n\u00eb viktima. 35 banor\u00eb t\u00eb fshatit Urak\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb nga ura pasarel\u00eb, por nj\u00eb stuhi e befasishme i ka hedhur posht\u00eb duke u shkaktuar vdekjen. Historia e treguar nga ata q\u00eb pan\u00eb vdekjen me sy dhe e krahasojn\u00eb me tragjedin\u00eb e Otrantos-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm 20 km nga Rr\u00ebsheni, dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, nj\u00eb ngjarje e pazakont\u00eb goditi nj\u00eb fshat t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb. 35 banor\u00eb t\u00eb fshatit Urakw, si t\u00eb ishin gjethe vjeshte fluturojn\u00eb nga e ashtuquajtura ur\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb balt\u00ebn e liqenit t\u00eb shterruar t\u00eb Ulz\u00ebs<\/strong>. Dikush mundi t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb leht\u00eb, dikush ende lufton me vdekjen n\u00eb spitale, por edhe viktima u rregjistruan si gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebsi rastesh.<\/p>\n

E n\u00ebse vendos q\u00eb edhe fizikisht ta p\u00ebrjetosh duke par\u00eb me syt\u00eb e tu vendin e ngjarjes<\/strong>, duhet t\u00eb mendohesh mir\u00eb p\u00ebr mjetin q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh e n\u00ebse do marr\u00ebsh autoveture, n\u00ebse nuk t\u00eb l\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do t\u2019i shkurtosh dit\u00ebt e saj<\/strong>. Pak muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb u deklarua se do t\u00eb asfaltohej deri tek vendi i quajtur \u201cLivadhi i Turkut\u201d. Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb till\u00eb vendasit e quajn\u00eb si \u00e7lirim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Puna nisi dhe n\u00eb pak dit\u00eb rruga u asfaltua nga Rr\u00ebsheni n\u00eb Tarazh, porr puna u stopua n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb me p\u00ebrfundimin e fushat\u00ebs elektorale, nd\u00ebrsa nuk ka ndonj\u00eb \u201chaber\u201d se kur kjo mund t\u00eb rifilloj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kufirin ndar\u00ebs mes Mirdit\u00ebs dhe Burrelit, sapo ke p\u00ebrshkuar 3 km n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb shfaqet Uraka.<\/strong> Nj\u00eb fshat i grupuar me sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e rrug\u00ebs kryesore, ndon\u00ebse ka edhe sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb ve\u00e7uara. Nj\u00eb komunitet heterogjen p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket besimit fetar. Ndoshta, nj\u00eb rit i trash\u00ebguar nga koh\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebta. Fshati duket i qet\u00eb. Si\u00e7 duket ende p\u00ebrjeton pesh\u00ebn e dhimbjes. Tek ura e tragjedis\u00eb.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Sapo hyjm\u00eb n\u00eb fshat, pyesim me takt se ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ura e tragjedis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb i ri, rreth 22 vje\u00e7, i quajtur Arben<\/strong>, pasi t\u00eb heton se p\u00ebrse kemi shkuar aty, pranon t\u00eb na shoq\u00ebroje tek ura duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb pjestar i familjes ka vdekuar at\u00eb dit\u00eb, pik\u00ebrisht personi i quajtur Nikoll\u00eb Deda.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb sfond t\u00eb shfaqet nj\u00eb pamje rr\u00ebnqeth\u00ebse, kat\u00ebr tela apo kavo \u00e7eliku me gjat\u00ebsi rreth 250 metra dhe n\u00eb to copa d\u00ebrrasash t\u00eb varura<\/strong>, hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb gjata pa asnj\u00eb d\u00ebrras\u00eb, e nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb tok\u00eb, biles shum\u00eb metra larg shikon d\u00ebrrasa t\u00eb shumta t\u00eb hedhura sa andej k\u00ebndej, ku n\u00eb to mund t\u00eb dalloje ndonj\u00eb gozhd\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse t\u00eb pandryshkuar, shum\u00eb t\u00eb vogla p\u00ebr funksionin q\u00eb kan\u00eb patur.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb ur\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pasarel\u00eb pak m\u00eb larg, e quajtur \u201cura e ndrelalajve\u201d, megjith\u00eb stuhin\u00eb nuk kishte l\u00ebvizur, biles thuhej se n\u00eb stuhin\u00eb e dat\u00ebs 2 shtator mbi t\u00eb kishte patur njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kalonin.<\/strong> Nd\u00ebrsa disa binar\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur shum\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb ndon\u00ebse ishin holluar nga erozioni i viteve, ngase ishin lidhur nuk kishin pasur fatin e atyre q\u00eb ishin vendosur 6 muaj m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Nikoll Ded\u00ebs, \u00a0nj\u00ebrit prej viktimave.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

N\u00eb kthimin ton\u00eb nga ura, ndalemi n\u00eb familjen e nj\u00ebrit prej viktimave. Pjet\u00ebr Deda i v\u00eblli i Nikoll\u00ebs s\u00eb vdekur, por edhe d\u00ebshmitar n\u00eb vendngjarje rr\u00ebfen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cNa erdhi lajmi i kobsh\u00ebm se nj\u00eb djal\u00eb nga fshati fqinj p\u00ebrtej ur\u00ebs, kishte vdekur n\u00eb megrim, n\u00eb Angli, dhe dy muaj pas ngjarjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb ishte sjell\u00eb trupi i tij n\u00eb fshat. Megjth\u00ebse at\u00eb dit\u00eb ishim t\u00eb ftuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb das\u00ebm, u nis\u00ebm tek morti pasi dhimbja ishte shum\u00eb e madhe. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb si fshat jemi grupuar dhe sipas zakonit, 150 banor\u00eb jemi nisur duke kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ur\u00eb<\/strong>. Kur jemi kthyer, rast\u00ebsia dhe fati e solli q\u00eb ne t\u00eb ishin grupe-grupe, pra jo t\u00eb gjth\u00eb s\u00ebbashku si\u00e7 ishim kur u nis\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb shkuar. Falenderimet tona ja i\u2019a adresojm\u00eb kirurg\u00ebve t\u00eb palodhur t\u00eb spitalit Rr\u00ebshen si Gjovalin Bushi, Bardhok Doda, Preng Simoni, gjith\u00eb personelit ndihm\u00ebs si dhe nj\u00eb grupi mjek\u00ebsh nga Tirana t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb nat\u00ebs kryen dhjetra operacione t\u00eb funksion t\u00eb shp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebve<\/strong>. Por ne jemi t\u00eb indinjuar, pasi ka f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl q\u00eb prej nj\u00eb jave presin n\u00ebnat e tyre t\u00eb cilat ende vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb luftojn\u00eb me vdekjen (ja sot erdhi lajmi se nj\u00ebra do t\u00eb operohet n\u00eb zem\u00ebr p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb hemoragjive) por asnj\u00eb prej titullar\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit nuk e ka vizituar fshatin ton\u00eb, as prefekti H.
